Your Typical Day With Us 

As the Engineering Manager - Integration at Zeals, you'll lead a talented team of backend and frontend engineers, driving the development of cohesive integration solutions crucial for our AI-driven products. Your role is pivotal in orchestrating seamless collaboration and innovation across engineering domains, ensuring our product's success through efficient integration practices.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the design and implementation of integration solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Setting priorities, budgets, roadmaps, and goals for the integration team in coordination with product management.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define integration requirements and ensure alignment with product goals.
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and growing a professional integration team consisting of backend/frontend developers
  • Promoting a culture of ownership and accountability over our integration processes, making them seamless and efficient.

 

What You’ll Need 

  • 7+ years of management experience in backend/frontend engineering teams or integration-related roles.
  • A deep understanding of backend/frontend technologies, APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities with both backend and frontend engineers.
  • Experience in project management, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
  • A proven track record of delivering integrated solutions that meet business requirements.
