What you'll do
We are looking for a UI/UX designer for our marketing SaaS.
We are able to create products and services not only by focusing on one part of the functionality, but also by incorporating the overall product concept into individual functions.
You will be responsible for UX research, information design, and UI design in an integrated manner.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Experience with design tools such as Figma or Sketch
- Communication skills to collaborate with different teams with the goal of solving customer problems
- Experience working with product managers and engineers
- Communication skills in Japanese
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with user interviews
- Experience with problem discovery and hypothesis proposal from data
- Experience in web application development
- Experience in building UI using React
- Experience in agile development
- Experience as a designer in a startup

Salary
*Please note that this is an estimate. We will conduct an evaluation taking into account your current salary before providing an offer letter.
Annual salary of 5-8 million yen
Work Style
We generally recommend coming into the office, but we are also open to letting you choose the work environment in which you can perform best. There are no obligations to come into the office, but we will provide transportation expenses when you do.
*It would be ideal if you are willing to work remotely but could come into the office when necessary. However, if you insist on being full-time remote, it will require a high level of technical expertise.
*Currently, 98% of the engineering team is full-time remote.
Why do we recommend coming into the office?
We are expanding our agile development organization, and we are developing SaaS with the goal of expanding overseas in 2023, which is why we are hiring.

We frequently bring in users to provide feedback on our products and form communities. We are looking for someone who can take the initiative and participate in these activities.
