We provide three primary services.

Actaba: this service focuses on surveying the use of agricultural land. It's already deployed in over 40 municipalities and aims to expand further, evolving based on customer feedback. Actaba stands out as it has no direct competitors and has received positive evaluations from its users.

Detaba: this is an app for surveying crop planting. Utilizing satellite imagery, Detaba infers the crops planted in a given area. This aids municipalities in ensuring lands are used as declared, simplifying the process of granting subsidies and gathering statistical data.

Sagri: an app tailored for farming operations. It assists in optimizing fertilizer use by analyzing soil components through satellite imagery. Minimizing excess fertilizer use reduces workload and addresses environmental concerns like global warming. Sagri is currently under joint development with WAGRI, aiming to enhance agricultural data integration and provision.

These services aim to support sustainable agriculture, reduce carbon emissions, and improve farmers' profitability by leveraging carbon credits, particularly in emerging countries.

Who You Are

We're looking for exceptional engineers passionate about our mission and strongly desire to make a meaningful impact. The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  Excellent product instincts. You first think about users rather than the best technical solution.
• You are known for shipping products and features lightning-fast.
• You're an excellent problem solver and don't need to be told exactly what to do.
• Comfortable working across the stack (backend and frontend).
• Ability to pick up on new technologies very quickly.
• Proven track record of delivering features. 
• Startup experience at a high-growth company.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will: 

• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ideas are discussed and challenged openly.
• Deliver new features and improve the relevance of core products.
• Identify major system bottlenecks or flaws in business logic and proactively address them.
• Take ownership of core product problems, develop the solutions you love, and prove through data that they are impactful at scale.
• Work across the stack to solve problems; you are not reliant on another engineer or team to complete tasks.

Here are some things we value but don't expect all:

• Have 0-1 experience, whether with a startup or starting a new team at an existing company.
• Product Management experience.
