SIVA doesn’t have a hard requirement for members to work from their office, and they have many teammates working mostly remotely. However, SIVA does encourage its members to work from the office because they are expanding their agile development organization overseas.

SIVA is OK with members having a policy of working primarily remotely, as long as they’re willing to come into the office when there’s a need. And they do generally require that members live within commuting distance of their office.

SIVA has implemented this policy because they frequently invite users to their office to get feedback on their products, and work on building communities. They are looking for people who are willing to take initiative and participate in such activities.

A typical working day for an employee at SIVA’s could be from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
