GLOBIS's Japanese requirement varies based on the position.

Currently, GLOBIS is focused on finding applicants already in Japan. They can sponsor work visas for candidates living inside of Japan only.

• 20 paid holidays (can be rolled over to the following year for a maximum of 40 total days). During the 3-month probation period, a maximum of 5 days can be granted, calculated on a pro-rata basis from the start date.
• Annual holidays: New Year’s period (ex. Dec 29-Jan 4), marriage leave, condolence leave, natural disaster leave, maternity leave, sabbatical (after 5 and 10 consecutive years with the company)
• Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays

GLOBIS encourages members to work in-person from their office about 1-2 days per week.

They support remote work, so employees are free to work either from home or from the office.

Employees working remotely must live within commuting distance of their office.

This policy will continue even after COVID-19 is no longer an issue.

Flex time (An employee can choose his/her working hours from anytime between 7 am and 10 pm).
