Flatt Security

Flatt Security does not require developers to have Japanese language skills.

Work is carried out primarily in English. However, there are some employees who do not have English skills, so it would be desirable if you are comfortable with Japanese.

Flatt Security offers 10 days of paid vacation on the date of joining the company.

They also grant 3 days of refreshment leave on the date of joining the company, and another three days are granted after six months of employment.

Flatt Security offers full remote work but may require employees to come to the office from time to time for work or company events. Employees who prefer to come to the office are free to do so.

Remote work policy after COVID-19 is still under consideration.

Employees are allowed to live anywhere in Japan.

Flatt Security has a flexible working schedule with 12:00 - 17:00 as core time and a 1-hour lunch break.
