EmbodyMe allows full remote work, but they do expect members to live within commuting distance of their office.

They invite their employees to attend in-office get togethers about once a month, and designate a day once per week for people who want to get together at the office.

They're still considering their post-COVID remote policy.

EmbodyMe's work hours are completely flexible. Each member is free to choose their own hours.

Generally all members will work a minimum of 40 hours per week, but EmbodyMe members typically do very little overtime work.

Employees are free to take long vacations (potentially several weeks at a time) as long as they have enough days of PTO stored. In cases where an employee takes extra time off beyond that, it may be possible but would be considered unpaid vacation time.
