EIRE Systems is a leading independent provider of professional IT services to multinational corporations in Japan and throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Our services include IT Support, Project Management, Consulting and Outsourcing.

The EIRE Systems Story began with a business partnership between two IT consultants, both originally from Dublin, Ireland. Since inception in 1996, we've grown to a 200-strong team of IT professionals, working across four office locations including Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai, with proven ability to deliver throughout the Asia Pacific region.

The common goals that lead to the creation of EIRE Systems remain the same today as we continue to strive to grow our business to better meet our clients’ requirements and to provide ongoing opportunities and career development for our employees.

Japanese Language Policy
Each project we work on is different. Equally varied, are the Japanese language requirements. Many of our clients work using English; some work almost entirely in English. Similarly some have minimal English and so fluent to native-level Japanese. We will assign each of our Consultants to roles fitting their language skill levels.

Remote Work
We have taken many steps to adjust the way we work in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, including increased access to remote working solutions, more flexibility in work schedules, rotations between remote and office work, significantly reduced numbers within the office and greater attention given to ensure social distancing and other preventative measures.

Each project and each client environment has their own policies and work styles. We communicate closely with all of our clients to find the best solution possible in ensuring our employees' safety. Many are able to work fully remotely, and others are able to reduce the time spent in the office with a balance of remote and office work.
