Axelspace’s language policy depends on the position required. Most of their posts do not require Japanese skills, but please refer to their job description to check their language requirements.

Axelspace offers 20 days of annual paid leave in addition to year-end (12/29 - 1/3) and public holidays. They also provide special paid leave to accommodate certain personal events.

Axelspace supports remote work, and employees are free to work from either home or office depending on the task. This will remain true even after COVID-19 is no longer an issue.

However, they ask that their members must live within commuting distance to their office.

Axelspace offers full-flex time with no core time and a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Workplace attire is casual (e.g., t-shirts and jeans are ok).
