We currently have a shortage of senior-level backend engineers within our organization, with only a few individuals at the senior level. We are seeking experienced and technically proficient engineers to join us, bringing strong leadership and expertise. We aim to enhance our technical capabilities in line with organizational growth and establish more efficient development processes. Responsibilities
- Designing and developing system architectures
- Optimizing and improving backend processes
- Designing and optimizing databases and queries
- Managing project progress and task assignments
- Developing new features and maintaining existing functionality
- Providing technical support and guidance to team members
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the introduction and implementation of agile development methodologies
- Collaborating with team members to strategize and ensure project success
- Contributing to the streamlining and improvement of development processes
- Troubleshooting technical issues and proposing effective solutions
- Supporting the technical growth and skill development of team members
- Driving feature implementation in collaboration with the business department
- Collecting user feedback and incorporating it into product improvements
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a backend engineer
- Extensive experience in developing applications using GraphQL/REST API for 5+ years
- Proficiency in TypeScript with at least 3 years of experience
- Bonus: 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails development
- Minimum of 5 years of development experience using AWS services
- Experience with RDS, S3, ECS, Elasticsearch, SQS/SNS, Lambda, CloudFront, DynamoDB, and other AWS services
- Comfortable with writing tests
Preferred Experience
- Experience introducing agile development methodologies to non-agile teams
- Experience implementing agile development practices in teams with foreign members
- Experience working in 5-6 member teams, utilizing agile development and releasing features
- Development experience in BtoB companies
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in SaaS industry development
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in web marketing industry development
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in platform development
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in PLG product development
- Experience in developing during the transition from SLG to PLG
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web application development
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience excluding freelance work
- Minimum of 1 year of development experience in a global tech company (excluding internships)
- Experience in user-oriented development
- Experience working closely with designers and product managers to run sprints and release features
- Experience implementing functionality in collaboration with the business side
- Experience incorporating user feedback into product improvements
- Entrepreneurial experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CTO
