Senior Back-End Engineer

• Lead the development of our advanced logistics platform. 
• Work with product managers and designers to implement new platform features. 
• Act as an experienced leader to our team by reviewing code and mentoring juniors. 

職務内容

• 物流プラットフォームの開発リード 
• プロダクトマネージャーやデザイナーと協力した新機能の実装 
• リーダーとしてコードレビューやジュニアメンバーのメンタリングを担当

• Extensive (5+ years) experience as a back-end engineer 
• Proficiency with Ruby, and Rails. You may substitute this experience with other languages such as Go, Python, etc., but as most of the back-end is written in Ruby, you must be comfortable with using Ruby 
• Experience with SQL databases, DB modeling, and ORMs 
• Experience designing REST APIs or GraphQL endpoints 
• Strong grasp of security principles and best practices 
• Solid architectural understanding, data structures, and design patterns 
• Ability to quickly understand business requirements, and translate it into an appropriate architecture design 
• Ability to autonomously manage tasks and create clear technical documentation

必須要件

• バックエンドエンジニアとしての豊富な実務経験（5年以上） 
• Ruby、Ruby on Railsの実務経験。他の言語（Go、Pythonなど）での経験でもよいですが、バックエンドのほとんどがRubyで書かれているため、Rubyを使いこなせることが必須 
• SQLデータベース、データベースモデリング、およびORMの経験 
• REST APIまたはGraphQLエンドポイントの設計経験 
• セキュリティ要件とベストプラクティスの経験 
• ビジネス要件を迅速に理解し、適切なアーキテクチャに応用する能力 自律的にタスクを管理し、明確な技術文書の作成スキル

• Communication skills in Japanese, or the willingness to take on that challenge 
• Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.) 
• Experience with building platforms that incorporate cybersecurity requirements 
• Full-stack or front—end experience (Javascript, React, Node.js, etc.)
