The CDO (Chief Design Officer) of the Design Division is the former Head of Brand Design at LINE Yahoo, and the manager of the product design team is also a former product UI/UX designer at LINE Yahoo.

 

【Your Job】

Responsibilities

- Manage and develop team members (3-4 people expected).
- Lead the design and UX improvements of new features for "Sales Marker."
- Consider design rules and build design systems.

 

Requirements

- Team management experience (3-4 members expected)
- Experience in UI/UX design for web services
- Experience with Figma
- Conversational level of Japanese or above
- Conversational level of English or above

Nice to have

- Experience in UI/UX design for SaaS or B2B services
- Experience in building and operating design systems

We also rent a WeWork office, so coming to the office every day is possible if you prefer.
