Job Description:

As the Director of Product Management, you will be pivotal in advancing our product management capabilities and driving our strategic initiatives. Your primary focus will be on developing strategic initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities. You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team, creating and implementing strategies that align with our business objectives, and ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders across the globe. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive the team towards achieving excellence in product management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Level:
  • Drive the globalization of product management within the Money Forward Group.
    • Develop, plan, and implement strategies for global product management initiatives.
    • Review and assess the effectiveness of these strategies, and make necessary adjustments.
• Vietnam Level:
  • Lead and manage the Product Management Department in Vietnam.
  • Supervise and mentor IT communicators and Product Owners.
  • Oversee people management and development within the office.
  • Foster collaboration with product managers at the Japanese headquarters to create superior products.
  • Design and execute training programs for Product Managers.

Qualification:

• Proven experience in product management within the software industry.
• Strong multitasking and project management skills, with experience managing a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking at a business level or higher).
• Japanese Skills (native level)

Nice-to-have

• Experience working in a start-up or venture environment, ideally with zero start-up or similar experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team of 10 or more subordinates.

マネーフォワードベトナムは株式会社マネーフォワードのベトナム開発拠点です。

マネーフォワード及びマネーフォワードグループのプロダクト開発を行っており20以上のプロダクトの開発からリリース、運用を手掛けています。
日本人、ベトナム人の経営マネジメントレイヤーとベトナム人エンジニアが200名弱所属しており、開発拠点はホーチミン、ハノイの2箇所にあり組織規模は急拡大しています。

マネーフォワードは日本で2012年に法人設立をして以降成長を続け、現在ではバックオフィスSaaSおよびFintechの多くのプロダクトをサービス提供しています。この先のサービス拡張のためにもプロダクトマネジメント力のさらなる強化が求められています。

ベトナム法人は2019年1月の設立以降プロダクト開発からスタートし、2022年からはプロダクト運用も対応するようになりました。そしてこのたびグループのサービス拡張へ向け、プロダクトマネジメントにも領域を広げていこうとしています。

現在プロダクトマネジメントを担当してくれるメンバー（ITコミュニケーターやProduct Ownerという役割を担ってくれているメンバー）はすでにベトナム拠点全体で20名ほど在籍しており、その役割をさらに強化するためにプロダクトマネジメントのチームを部へ昇格しました。

プロダクトマネジメント部の責任者として日本とベトナムを行き来し、Money Forward Vietnamでの取り組みを牽引しつつ、日本法人との連携強化も目指していただける方を募集しています。

主な業務内容

プロダクトマネジメント力強化のためにプロジェクトやアクションをオーナーシップを持って取り組んでいただきます。

新しく取り組むことも多いため、ゼロから施策を検討し、実行・結果レビュー・改善施策の検討実現をアジャイル的に行っていただきつつ、ステークホルダーマネジメントも同時に行いながら、取り組みを一歩ずつ前に進めていただきます。

    • 日本拠点のPdMとの関係構築と開発における連携体制強化
    • どのように取り組んでいくかアクションをプラン・検討するところからスタートしていただく想定です

  • 拠点内におけるピープルマネジメント

• ソフトウェア業界でのプロダクトマネジメント（PdM）のご経験
• 語学力
  • 英語力（読み書き会話ともにビジネスレベル以上）
  • 日本語力（ネイティブレベル）
• 多岐にわたるステークホルダーを巻き込んだプロジェクトマネジメントのご経験

あると望ましいスキル・経験

• スタートアップやベンチャー企業でのご経験（ゼロイチ立ち上げまたは類似したご経験）
