We are developing and providing various AI products to improve the productivity of Japan companies and revitalize industries. In order to develop advanced products, we are also conducting research in various large language models such as ChatGPT and GenerativeAI.

 

Recruitment Background

Established in April 2023, JAPAN AI Co., Ltd. plans to rapidly expand its business in the future.

We have started providing introduction consulting and products to customers based on AI human resources and AI technology, and we are already steadily introducing solutions to existing customers. In addition to the needs of existing customers, we have received many inquiries from new and prospective customers.

It is necessary to accurately grasp various requests and market needs, how to solve problems using the latest generative AI technology, and to conduct one-stop and speedy research on papers, model construction (structural conversion of existing models), development implementation, and solution provision, and we have decided to actively hire AI human resources.

 

Team Goals/Mission

• Determine the return on investment and feasibility of R&D, and make recommendations and proposals for the business.
• To grasp a wide variety of needs and accurately set the scope of which areas of problems and issues to solve using AI technology.
• Develop solutions using AI technology, establish a scheme for generating business profits, and lead research and development as a source of competitive advantage in the AI business.

 

Team issues and themes to be tackled

• To build an AI R&D system to provide speedy solutions to customer needs.
• In addition to responding to the needs of existing customers, it is also necessary to identify and determine what kind of solution should be provided using generative AI technology, taking into account potential market needs.
• To make proposals and proposals for business strategies based on knowledge of cutting-edge generative AI technologies, and to contribute to the creation and expansion of business profits.

 

Responsibilities

• You will lead the development of generative AI technology.
• In addition to GPT-based prompt engineering, you will be responsible for determining what is possible and impossible for image and speech recognition, and general AI (NN and Classifier), and actually implementing it.

 

Specific duties

• Research papers and open source models to solve customer needs and challenges
• Verification and application to current business issues based on open source models (model reproduction, implementation and construction of operating environment)
• Conversion, implementation, and acceleration of existing model structures
• Validate and improve results in real customer data and real-world environments
• Solution and product implementation of the constructed model

Ways of working

• It will be a hybrid work of coming to the office three days a week and working remotely two days a week.

 

Prerequisite

• Those who are majoring in university or graduate school, or who are involved in the field of generative AI in their current work
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning or related field
• Programming skills in Python
• Experience with DL frameworks such as Pytorch, Tensorflow, etc.
• Experience in building algorithms for computer vision or natural language processing with reference to papers, etc.

 

Desirable conditions

• Experience in the development and application of image generation models and LLMs
• Experience in submitting and presenting papers in fields such as computer vision and natural language processing
• DL, experience in applying machine learning technology to actual products, knowledge of infrastructure construction and the web, etc.
