We anticipate a future where various assets will be digitalized (tokenized) and managed on blockchains, aiming to provide the essential infrastructure in such a world.

Since our founding in 2018, we have focused on R&D aiming for long-term significant value rather than short-term minor achievements. As a result, in the area known as "blockchain interoperability," we are regarded as having the top technology domestically and have received recognition globally, including grant funding.

Currently, we are developing a web application known as a "cross-chain bridge" that facilitates convenient transfers (cross-chain transactions) between different blockchains using our research findings. This application, named "TOKI" after the migratory bird "Toki," is intended for global release from the outset.

Recruitment Background

The importance of UI in practical applications is increasing. However, Datachain’s engineering team has traditionally focused on technical validation and pilot experiments, which is why our team currently consists mainly of backend engineers. We are using contractors to advance implementation, but we are looking to recruit someone who can lead the front-end domain in the long term to continuously improve our UI/UX services.

The new hire will be in charge of developing TOKI, using Next.js. Post-hire, we anticipate a catch-up phase for blockchain technology knowledge. More details will be provided during the interview process. We plan to initiate more UI-intensive projects besides TOKI, and the new hire will play a leading role in these future projects.
