tripla does not require Japanese skills. Especially for engineers, English is sufficient, but Japanese skills will definitely come in handy for PMs and other positions.

tripla does not require employees to work from the office.

They support remote work, so members are free to work either from home or from the office. This will remain true even after COVID-19 is no longer an issue.

In fact, employees can work remotely from anywhere in Japan. You can also work from Taiwan if you'd prefer, and have the ability to work there.

tripla uses a full flex time schedule with no core time for engineering and product teams.
