Spir doesn’t require Japanese skills whatsoever. In fact, as long as you speak either Japanese or English at a business level then they’re open to hiring you.

Spir allows full remote work from anywhere in Japan.

Even under normal circumstances, Spir supports full remote work, so employees are free to work either from home or from the office even after COVID-19 is no longer an issue.

※ You will be required to come to Japan if you are living abroad.
