Section L

At Section L, Japanese language skills are preferred.

Section L offers 10 days of paid leave, 3 days of sick leave, and year-end and new year holidays aside from the mandated public holidays in Japan.

Currently, Section L prefers employees to work in the office for at least 3 days a week. Their remote system after COVID-19 is still under consideration, so this is still subject to change.

Section L prefers for members to live within commuting distance of their office. However, in cases where employees are based outside of Japan, Section L does not support social security, insurance, and tax benefits.
