LiNKX requires proficiency in Japanese for all positions, but the fluency level expected may vary based on seniority. For mid-level engineers with approximately 3-7 years of experience, business-level Japanese proficiency (N2 and above) is expected since LiNKX’s clients are all Japanese companies. For senior engineers with ten years of experience, conversational Japanese is acceptable.

We don't sponsor visas for candidates living outside of Japan currently.

LiNKX offers ten days of paid leave, five days of sick leave, and public holidays in Japan. LiNKX also has three summer vacation days and a year-end holiday of a minimum of three days.

LiNKX allows a hybrid workstyle. They don’t specify the number of days to be in the office, but most members come to the office once in two weeks or more frequently depending on the team/project needs.

LiNKX supports flexible working hours with no core time, typically 8 hours a day and a one-hour lunch break.
