Japan Computer Vision's Japanese requirement varies based on the position, but they don't require Japanese skills for developers.

While it's an international company with employees from various backgrounds, they still have a lot of employees that can't speak English, so the more Japanese you know the better.

Japan Computer Vision offers 21 days of paid leave (second year, depending on the period of enrolement for first year).

Under Covid-19, Japan Computer Vision allows full remote work with no in-office work days required.

Currently, members are free to work from anywhere in Japan.

They're still discussing their policy post-Covid though so it's possible these requirements could change in the future.

Japan Computer Vision uses a Flex time schedule with no core time, and a 1 hour lunch break.
