Engineering Jobs

1. First meeting with CTO and HR

This first step is a +/- 1-hour meeting to get to know iChoosr. You will meet Irsan Widarto, our Chief Technology Officer and Raf Scroyen, our Manager People & Organization (HR). They will explain to you more about iChoosr and the role. They want to get to know you and see if you could match the company culture and the role. This interview will be conducted over video chat.

2. Take-home Project & meet colleague developers

To get an even better idea of your skills, we will ask you to complete a take-home coding assignment (it should take max 2-3 hours). This gives you a chance to show off your code design skills but more important the way you think and handle things. During a video meeting, two of our European Developers will discuss the assignment with you.

3. Final Interview

The third and final interview will be with our Country Manager in our Tokyo office. You’ll learn more about what it’s like to work with us in our Tokyo office.

4. The offer

If you have convinced us that you are the right candidate for this position, we will present you a written offer which could be the start of a great journey at iChoosr.

In consultation with your manager working from your home office will also be possible for 1 to 2 days a week after the COVID-19 situation.

As communication with our European offices is important the core hours for our Japanese office is between 3pm and 5 pm.
