dotData’s Japanese requirement varies based on the position, but we don't require Japanese skills for all positions. However, we have a lot of customers in Japan, and the business team uses Japanese for customer communication or sharing Japanese materials with the development team. So the more Japanese you know, the better.

dotData offers 10 days of paid leave plus public holidays in Japan. Paid leave increases every year up to 20 days.
