Our Japanese requirement varies based on the position, but we don't require Japanese skills for developers.

Some of the development team members are English speakers from various backgrounds, and we still have a lot of employees that can't speak English, so the more Japanese you know the better.

We offer 3 days of special leave for new hires and 10 days of paid leave（granted after six months of employment.

CaDDi allows full remote work from anywhere in the world. Employees are free to work either from home or from the office.

They plan to continue their full remote work policy even once COVID-19 is no longer an issue.

CaDDi uses a flex time schedule. They have core time from 11:00AM to 4:00PM and a 1-hour lunch break.
